HOUSE RULES FOR ALL APARTMENTS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!

If you are going to stay with us, we want that you'd like to your visit. Remember only about other guests in the building.

1. NO PARTIES INSIDE! In Vilnius is a lot of places where you can go to have fun. You don't need to stay in the apartment and disturb for other guests.

2. You'll get keys from main entrance and nobody won't disturb you all period of your visit there.

3. Don't smoke in the apartments. If you'd like to smoke, you can go to the balcony.

4. Don't leave rubbish and cigarettes butts in the corridor. Keep your apartment clean. We aren't taking extra money for final cleaning of rooms. In exceptionally cases we'll charge you for extra cleaning.

5. Don't make a noise on the staircase when you'll come back late in the evening.

6. Don't smoke on the stairways or in other common areas in the building.

7. Leave your pets. It's necessary to coordinate to the owner.

8. Check-in time: from 14:00 (time you can move into the room).
Check-out time: by 12:00 noon at the latest (time you have to be out of the room).

9. Accepted payment methods - cash in Litas. The visitor pays all term of stay forward at arrival. (In some cases other methods and conditions of payment are applied. Details at inquiry).

10. Seasonal changes of the prices are possible. If you have received booking confirmation for you the price remains constant. You should pay 10% in advance but not less than one night price for reservation plus 5 EUR additional fee.

11. Cancel reservations: not less than 1 week before reserved period.

12. No limits for children stay (it is desirable to inform about it beforehand).

13. Again: NO PARTIES INSIDE! We want that you'd have a good time in Vilnius. Enjoy your stay but PLEASE RESPECT the neighbors in other apartments. PLEASE PARTIES OUTSIDE!

You have more chances to take most pleasant to you apartments, if we have more time from booking to your visit. Preliminary discussion is possible and desirable. Feel you free to contact to us. We'll inform you all necessary data on given accommodation. We'll try to satisfy all your requirements. It will be much more difficult to grant your desires if we hear about them that minute when you will stand on a threshold of your apartment.
